Exchange Policy

The return or exchange process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your creation.

• Only creations purchased online can be returned or exchanged through the E-Boutique.
• RZ will not accept a return if the creation shows any sign of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
• All returns must be sent back in their original two boxes with their authenticity cards.
• Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.
• Returns will be issued as a credit note once inspection has taken place and the return has been approved.
• AED 299 will be deducted from store credit for all international returns 
• Exchanges and returns are strictly limited to one time only. Online orders may be exchanged once only, and creations purchased with a credit note are not eligible for further exchange.
• It is not possible to return or exchange creations that have been engraved, embossed, modified, or personalized in any way.
• It is not possible to return or exchange pre-orders
• It is not possible to return or exchange perfumes.
• All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
